Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the collectible and speculative nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives significantly damaged or is materially different from the description.

We do not offer returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Packaging imperfections (scuffs, dents, bends) caused by shipping

  • Dissatisfaction with the contents of sealed products

  • Market fluctuations or perceived value changes

  • Grading outcomes differing from expectations

*Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is significantly damaged or not as described:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include detailed photos of the item and packaging

  • Provide the order number and description of the issue

We will evaluate the case and may offer:

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

  • A replacement (if available)

Minor cosmetic wear on packaging is not considered damage as it commonly occurs during shipping.

*Sealed Products

Factory-sealed items are sold as received from distributors or secondary markets.
We do not guarantee:

  • Pull odds

  • Insert ratios

  • Condition of cards inside the sealed product

  • Manufacturer errors or pack collation

Opening a sealed product voids eligibility for return.

*Graded Items

All graded items are sold in the condition stated.
We are not responsible for:

  • Regrading outcomes

  • Cracked slabs after delivery

  • Subjective interpretation of grades

*Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package transfers to the carrier, liability shifts to the carrier.
Claims for lost, delayed, or stolen packages must be filed directly with the shipping provider.

Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process, depending on the payment processor.
