Thank you for shopping with Slow Loud & Bangin' Collectibles LLC. We are committed to packaging your collectibles securely and shipping your order in a timely and reliable manner. The following policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery, processing times, packaging, and related responsibilities.

1. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-volume periods (e.g., product releases, holidays, sales), processing times may be extended.

Pre-order items ship only after the product is officially released and received by Slow Loud & Bangin' Collectibles LLC.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use major carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

The available shipping options will be displayed at checkout. Shipping speeds are estimates and not guaranteed, as delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. 3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Delivery address

  • Selected shipping method

Occasionally, promotional free-shipping offers may apply to eligible orders.

4. Packaging Standards

Collectibles are packaged with care to help ensure their condition upon arrival.
Depending on the product type, we may use:

  • Bubble mailers (rigid for singles)

  • Toploaders, card savers, or team bags

  • Bubble wrap or protective padding

  • Cardboard boxes with internal reinforcement

Important:
Minor cosmetic wear on outer product packaging—such as bends, small dents, or edge wear—may occur during transit and is not considered damage unless the item arrives significantly compromised beyond standard shipping wear.

5. Tracking Information

Customers receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update, depending on the carrier.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility shift to the buyer.

If a package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.
We will assist when possible, but Slow Loud & Bangin' Collectibles LLC is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Misdelivered packages caused by carrier errors

  • Delivery delays due to carrier or weather conditions

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Slow Loud & Bangin' Collectibles LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Reshipping fees

  • Any additional handling charges

8. Pre-Orders & Mixed Orders

If an order includes both in-stock products and pre-order items:

  • The entire order may be held until all items are available

  • Customers may request split shipping for an additional fee

9. Damaged Items on Arrival

If your order arrives with significant damage (beyond normal wear):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Provide your order number and a description of the issue

We will review each case individually in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
