4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that is suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Estimated shipping times are approximations and not guarantees.
Once an item is shipped:

• Risk transfers to the buyer

• Delays caused by the carrier are outside our control

Significant packaging damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

• The item is not yet in stock

• Release dates are set by the manufacturer or distributor—not by Slow Loud & Bangin' Collectibles LLC

• Delays, cancellations, or allocation reductions may occur

*Payment for Pre-Orders

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase to secure your reservation. Payment confirms your spot in our fulfillment queue. Pre-orders cannot be held or reserved without payment.

*Estimated Release Dates

Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers or distributors and are subject to change.
Common reasons for delays include:

• Production issues

• Shipping or freight delays

• Manufacturer reallocation

• Regulatory or logistical interruptions

Slow Loud & Bangin' Collectibles LLC is not responsible for changes in release dates. We will update dates when new information becomes available.

*Allocation Reductions & Partial Fulfillment

In the collectibles industry, manufacturers and distributors may reduce allocations without notice.
If our supply is cut:

• Orders are fulfilled in the order they were received

• If we cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a choice between:

  • A full refund, or

  • A store credit

Customers will be notified promptly if allocation issues occur.

No additional compensation is offered for changes to release quantity or availability.

*Shipping of Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are shipped once the product is released and physically in our possession.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items:

• Customers may request separate shipping for an additional fee

Tracking will be provided once the order ships.
